THE PRODUCT

The life jackets come in various designs and sizes. The customer wanted the packaging to allow the products to be viewed as if they are being worn and to be secure when hanging in store.

After a few mock-ups had been created, edited, and approved, we next went through some different substrates to check which would give the best performance, it was decided to proceed using polypropylene.

SUSTAINABIlITY

Polypropylene suits the lifejackets due to its strength and flexibility. The items are produced on a white 750mic weight material. Our polypropylene is made with 50% recycled content, and they are printed as both single sided, and double-sided, items in various sizes.

ONGOING SUPPORT

We are currently working with our customer to incorporate a slightly different design to enhance how they are displayed in stores. We like to think we have a great working relationship with our client who is very innovative to ensure they have the best possible product.
