HOW WE PRODUCE AMAZING PRODUCTS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

We produce our products using various printing process which enables us a huge amount of versatility to print on to different materials in both size and weight. Using materials that are more striking and durable than traditional paper alternatives, opens all kinds of possibilities.
We guarantee high-quality production, whether digital, lithographic or screen printed.
Our in-house production and finishing facilities based at our industry-leading UK premises ensures complete customer satisfaction.

DIGITAL PRINTING

High Quality Digital

Printing using UV digital technology offers us the opportunity to print on almost any substrate.
We can print up to 1050 x 750mm and anything up to 10mm thick.
Our high quality fully automated digital press prints up to 200 B1 sheets per hour using 7 picolitre heads, which gives us greater definition in our print quality.

Digital Advantages

Our digital press is the perfect choice for multiple designs, language changes and personalisation, creating minimal waste and a lower cost.
The digital press can print onto clear materials, as well as white and coloured, allowing us to produce work on some very specialist materials including lenticular lenses.

LITHO PRINTING

Komori Press

Print up to six colours in one pass onto plastics or other synthetic materials.
Fully inter-decked UV curing system between units for whites, allowing us to run 4 colour jobs plus white in just one pass.
Run up to six spot colours where detailed accuracy is crucial.

Extra Features

Anti-marking rollers make it possible to print materials that other printers would find impossible.
A Cyrel plate facility offers a registered varnish to follow a specified design if needed.

SCREEN PRINTING

Specialist Inks and Finishes

Special finishes can be added to our litho and digital prints.
We print water-based adhesives onto thicker materials, then apply a release liner to create a thicker self-adhesive product.
Unique to screen process effects include chrome, glitter, reflective, fluorescents, gold, plus a range of specialist varnishes.
Multi-option curing systems including UV, IR, warm air, air extraction and oxidising racking.
Printing on coloured materials, the deposit and opacity of ink give a superior finish to other printing methods.

Screen Printing Uses

Prints can be turned into stickers by screen printing adhesive to one side and applying a release liner.
For double-sided stickers, we print with a white, silver, white layer to stop the under-surface image showing through.
