MANAGEMENT InFORMATION SYSTEM
We employ a powerful and flexible MIS system which streamlines your quotes, orders, artwork and deliveries. It also helps us to easily look up stored information from previous jobs or quotes.This MIS has been specifically tailored to suit our specialised areas of production and has been fully integrated with our pre-press, print and cutting machinery.
ARTWORK & DESIGN CONSULTANCY
Using a wealth of technical “know how” enables us to assist and prepare a design for optimum print quality while remaining as close as possible to the original concept.For approval purposes, we can output plain cut prototypes of design proposals with an option of adding digitally printed imagery.
The resulting prototypes can be ready to sign off on all aspects of design and print creative, prior to full production.
For lenticular we would recommend that early input by one of our trained sales team is prudent to ensure the smooth transition from concept to final artwork preparation. We offer a consultation service helping clients to consider specific imagery that will influence end performance quality. Advice on artwork presentation and appropriate selection of lens type will all aide production, saving time and expense prior to progressing to extravagant proofing or production.
PRODUCT DESIGN & CUTTER GUIDES
We can assist you with the design and creation of bespoke products as well as supplying cutter guides and prototypes no matter how large or small the product.Tasked with cutting, our CAD machine can output a printed mock-up of a finished article before we commit to press.
FINISHING
We know from experience that the final finish can make all the difference to a project, it’s all about the attention to detail. We invested in a “Young Shin” automatic die cutter and creaser with bespoke features – including anti-scratch and anti-static finishes, which is designed to work perfectly with the specialist materials we use.We offer a full range of finishing capabilities to help our clients achieve the best possible finish for their projects. From heat bending and ring binding to ram punching and auto-taping, we’ve got it covered.
FULFILMENT
Not only will we assist you every step of the way in creation and production of an order, we can also send it to where it needs to go.Our modern purpose built factory provides a clean, controlled environment in which we can offer storage, call off and daily dispatch facilities.
Stock holding, special packing and despatch to multiple addresses are handled in house, with the care, expertise and professionalism you should expect from a reliable, experienced supply partner.
